Australian Open 2010 Draw Results

Our visitors had the pleasure to watch Ana Ivanovic performing the draw for the Women’s torunament, while John McEnroe had the honor to lead the proceedings on the Men’s competition.
Both Women’s and Men’s Singles draws had their controversies. Yanina Wickmayer, world No. 16, had to play the Qualifiers in order to get on the main table, because of a problem with one of her doping tests. It was solved to late to allow the Belgian youngster to be seeded.
Andy Murray was the unlucky guy for the Men’s Singles draw. He did not play last week in Doha, lost a few points and dropped on the 5th ATP spot. Read more
